Privacy
Plain-language privacy.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it. The whole policy is below, in the same plain language as everything else here.
Effective June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ARiseMatic (“ARiseMatic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit arisematic.com (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site or giving us your information, you agree to this policy. The short version: we collect what you give us through our forms, we use it to respond to you and deliver what you ask for, and we never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. The full detail is below.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, ask us to contact you, or send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name (if you add it), and anything you write in a note. Our 30-second questionnaire shows your result without collecting anything — your answers reach us only if you choose to leave your details afterward.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits in aggregate and do not follow you around the web.
Cookies. This Site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party cross-site trackers. We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, or similar technology, for the Site to work and for aggregate analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry by phone, text, or email; point you to the right starting place and answer your questions; provide, schedule, and deliver the services you ask for; keep records of our communications and agreements; and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on a form (or text us first), you agree to receive text messages from ARiseMatic about your inquiry and the services you've requested — for example, replies to your questions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with us.
- Message frequency varies, based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message at any time, and we'll stop texting that number.
- For help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Your consent is only for ARiseMatic — we never collect it for, or share your opt-in with, any other company.
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only providers who ever handle this information are the service providers that help us deliver our own messages to you (below), and they may not use it for anything else.
How we share your information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business and respond to you — for example, our website host, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, our email provider, and our phone and text-messaging provider. These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us, never for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it (such as a valid legal request), to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations — and no longer. Ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and stop texts by replying STOP.
If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of — but you may still exercise your other rights, and we won't discriminate against you for doing so.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children's privacy
The Site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and work with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we limit who can access your information.
Other websites
Our Site may link to sites we don't control. This policy doesn't cover them — check their privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken your protections.
