Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of arisematic.com (the “Site”) and your communications with ARiseMatic (“ARiseMatic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

What this Site is

The Site is for information. Browsing it, taking the questionnaire, or sending us a note doesn't make you a client and doesn't begin any paid work. Our services — The Foundation, the AI Assessment, and the ARise Partnership — each begin only with a separate written agreement that spells out exactly what you get, what it costs, and the terms between us. Those written agreements, not this Site, govern the work we do for you.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Site or our services.

Prices and statements on this Site

What we publish here is accurate when we post it, and we treat published commitments seriously. But the written agreement you sign is what locks in your price and terms — until then, what's on the Site can change as the business does.

Forms and hearing back from us

When you submit a form, you're asking us to contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email. We text you only if you checked the SMS consent box (or texted us first). See the SMS terms below and our Privacy Policy for the details.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By giving us your mobile number and opting in — checking the consent box on a form, or texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from ARiseMatic about your inquiry and the services you've requested.

• These may include replies to your questions, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL; we'll send one confirmation and then stop.
• Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.

Acceptable use

Use the Site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it; don't scrape or misuse it; and don't use it to harm others.

Our content

The text, graphics, logo, and design on this Site belong to ARiseMatic and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and point people at it — just don't copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

No professional advice; provided “as is”

The Site offers general information, not advice for your specific situation — looking at your specific situation is what the AI Assessment is for. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ARiseMatic and its owners and providers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to hold ARiseMatic harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ARiseMatic is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

If part of this doesn't hold

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

If these Terms change, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
